Controller and processor roles
The venue is normally controller for guest data captured through its portal; WeefyBox acts as processor for that data and controller for its own account and billing records.
Before you begin
Make sure you are signed in as an account owner or administrator and have selected the correct venue.
What to do
- Open the relevant area in your WeefyBox dashboard.
- Review the current settings before making changes.
- Complete the workflow described above.
- Test the result with a single guest or test address.
- Confirm the activity appears in the relevant report.
