Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the WeefyBox platform by any business ("Account Holder") that creates a WeefyBox account. By registering, you agree to these terms on behalf of the business you represent.

The service

WeefyBox provides a guest WiFi captive portal, guest CRM, campaign and automation messaging, review management and analytics for use across one or more venues on your account. Pricing is per venue, per the plan (Starter, Growth or Pro) and billing interval (monthly or annual) you select at signup or in your account settings.

Free trial and billing

  • New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with no card required.
  • Subscriptions are billed per venue per month (or per venue per year on annual billing, at a discounted rate). Adding or removing a venue adjusts your subscription quantity automatically.
  • You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for obtaining any consents required to collect and message your guests, and for the accuracy of the venue/network information you configure.
  • You must not use WeefyBox to send unsolicited or unlawful marketing communications, or to collect guest data for any purpose other than operating your venue's guest experience.
  • You are responsible for your account's user credentials and for promptly removing access for staff who leave.

Data protection

Where WeefyBox processes personal data on your behalf as part of the service, our Data Processing Agreement forms part of these terms.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance via the in-app announcement banner where practical.

Limitation of liability

WeefyBox is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, WeefyBox's liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the fees paid by the Account Holder in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Termination

Either party may terminate at any time; on termination, guest data is retained for 30 days to allow export, after which it is deleted in line with our Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention is legally required.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
