Overview

WeefyBox helps venues collect guest data through WiFi in a way that is explicit, auditable and useful. The venue decides what it asks guests for and how it uses that data; WeefyBox provides the platform controls, audit trail and deletion/export workflows.

Marketing email is always optional. Campaign sending checks the guest’s recorded permission before any message is sent, and unsubscribe/suppression records are honoured across future sends.

Guest rights

Guests can request access, correction, export or erasure from the venue that collected their data. WeefyBox includes profile exports and erasure support so the venue can respond without manual database work.

Retention

Identifying guest fields and device identifiers are removed during erasure. Non-identifying consent evidence and aggregate analytics may be retained where needed for compliance, security and service integrity.
