Getting started
No. WeefyBox is designed to work with the guest WiFi hardware venues already run, including UniFi, Omada, MikroTik, Meraki and standard RADIUS setups.
It depends on the controller, firmware and network topology. The compatibility centre gives a planning range and requirements for each path; use a test SSID or approved change window before a live rollout.
No. Guests connect through the captive portal browser already built into their phone or laptop.
Guests and campaigns
Supported hardware sends trusted connection activity into the venue timeline so WeefyBox can recognise returning visitors without asking them to complete the full form every time.
Yes. Email audiences are filtered by the consent guests actually gave at connection time.
Every eligible guest sees the same neutral page: public review links and a private feedback option. The pulse score never hides public links, which protects venues from review-gating risk.
Billing and data
Yes. New accounts start with a 14-day free trial and no card is required to begin.
Yes. Account holders can export their guest list and use erasure workflows to respond to privacy requests.
