Getting paid
Every subscription payment from an account you referred creates a commission entry at your rate — automatically, for as long as they stay subscribed.
Each entry matures 30 days after the underlying payment — a buffer that covers refund and dispute windows before anything is paid out.
Once your matured balance passes £50, it rolls into a monthly batch paid to your connected Stripe account.

Your own brand name, logo and colour palette across the client dashboard and captive portal, a custom dashboard/portal domain (CNAME-verified with automatic TLS), and control over which clients are billed by you versus billed directly by the platform. All default platform branding is suppressed for your clients wherever your brand context applies.
Applications are scored automatically on business email, a verifiable website, serviceable country and expected venue count. Most agencies, MSPs and IT providers with a real business email and website are approved instantly. Anything that doesn't clear the bar is reviewed by our team and you'll hear back by email.
Your clients' accounts, guest data and history are never deleted or disrupted by your reseller status changing. Ownership and billing responsibility would need to transition to the platform or a new reseller, which our team handles directly with you rather than automatically — reach out to support before making any change.
Yes, for white-label resellers. You can price at or above your tier's wholesale floor for each plan — the Partner Console blocks saving a price below that floor so you can't accidentally sell at a loss.
No. Referral Partners just share a referral link; the referred business signs up and manages their own WeefyBox account directly. You earn recurring commission with no support or billing responsibility for that account.
